  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 75 ml sunflower oil or rapeseed oil
  • 100 g almond (s)
  • 3 tablespoon almond flour
  • 5 tablespoon stevia
  • 0.25 ¼ teaspoon, leveled baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, brown, optional
  • fruits, optional
  • some lemon zest or orange zest, optional

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Then mix the egg yolks with the oil, almonds and almond flour. Add stevia, baking soda and cinnamon. If you like it sweeter, 1 - 2 tablespoons of sugar can be added. Finally, the egg whites are carefully lifted underneath.
  2. You can also refine the dough with fruits or lemon / orange zest.
  3. Now put the dough in greased muffin molds and bake at 180 ° C for 18-20 minutes.
