Instructions

  1. Divide the broccoli into small florets and stew in hot water until firm to the bite. Then drain and quench.
  2. Meanwhile mix 3 eggs with grated cheese, diced ham, finely chopped tomato and the spices. Salt is no longer necessary because of the ham.
  3. Line a quiche pan with parchment paper. Mix the egg mixture with the broccoli and distribute evenly in the pan. Then cut the feta cheese into cubes and spread over the top.
  4. Bake the quiche in a preheated oven at 150 ° C top / bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
