- 4 wrap (s), low carb

- 4 slices cooked ham, thin
- 4 small Slice (s) cheddar cheese or Gouda cheese
- 200 g zucchini
- 2 egg (s), size M or L.

- 2 tablespoon butter

- My recipe for the Low Carb Wrap ingenious is ideal for the wraps.
- Preheat the oven to 160 ° C fan oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the wraps into pieces approx. 12 x 12 cm. Place 2 pieces on the baking sheet, brush each with 1 tablespoon of sour cream and place 1 slice of cooked ham on each. Place 2 small slices of cheddar on top. Now put 1 piece of wrap on each, then spread 1 tablespoon sour cream on each, season with paprika and again put 1 slice of ham on top.
- Cut the zucchini into 6 lengthways slices of equal size. Melt some butter in a pan and lightly fry the zucchini slices. In the meantime, place the tray with the wraps in the oven. When the zucchini slices are ready, place 3 slices on each of the wraps and leave in the oven.
- Fry 2 fried eggs in the remaining butter and season with salt and pepper. The cheese on the wraps should have melted by now. Now add 1 fried egg each and serve immediately.
