Ingredients

  • 10 g bran (spelled bran)
  • 10 g flaxseed meal
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 45 g quark (40% fat)

Instructions

  1. Pour the spelled bran and baking powder into a microwaveable bowl and mix. Now add the remaining ingredients and mix everything into a smooth pulp and leave to swell for about 10 minutes.
  2. After the resting time, cover the bowl and place it in the microwave for 3 minutes and cook the contents at 800 watts. Now take the solidified mass out of the bowl and place it open on a plate in the microwave for another minute at 800 watts.
  3. Let the whole thing cool and cut in the middle. Depending on the shape and size of the bowl, you can even cut three slices. If you like, you can toast the slices. Occupy now to your heart`s content.
  4. The information on the carbohydrates per 100 g bread:
  5. Spelled bran: 18 g
  6. Flaxseed meal: 0 g
  7. Quark with 40% fat: 3.7 g
  8. makes about 3.7 g of carbohydrates per toast / sandwich
