- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 cup cream, fresh
- 6 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 can peach (s)
- 100 ml milk, fresh, or sparkling mineral water
- 1 packet vanilla sugar

- Mix the quark with the milk until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt and stir well. Cut the peach halves into bite-sized pieces and stir into the quark. Finally, whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark mixture.
