Ingredients
- 500 g noodles, (e.. lare mussel noodles)
- 500 g minced beef
- 3 tablespoon Maggi
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 3 tablespoon oil
- Oil, for frying

- Cook the pasta as usual and fry the ground beef in oil until it is nice and brown (but not too long).
- Then pour off the pasta and place in a large salad bowl, add the minced meat and the spring onions cut into rings, add the oil and Maggi and stir everything vigorously.
- Season with pepper and salt.
