Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms, medium-sized
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms, do not wash them. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
  2. Mix the olive oil, soy sauce, honey and the spices. Add the garlic and mushrooms, stir everything and marinate for at least 4 hours.
  3. A freezer bag is best for marinating, as you can almost completely squeeze out the air and soak the marinade in better.
  4. Remove the mushrooms from the marinade and grill in an aluminum dish for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
