Ingredients

  • 4 steak (s) (soy steaks)
  • 2 romaine lettuce, the hearts
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 1 shallot (s)
  • 4 teaspoons mustard, hot
  • 8 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 8 tablespoon oil
  • herbs Provence
  • Chilli flakes
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the soy steaks in a bowl. Bring the water to the boil and pour over the soy steaks. Let soak for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile prepare the marinade. Mix the Provence herbs, salt, pepper, chilli flakes with mustard, oil and soy sauce to a marinade.
  3. Squeeze the soy steaks well so that all the water comes out. Spread the marinade on both sides and let it steep for at least two hours. The longer the steaks marinate, the more flavor they absorb.
  4. The salad can now be prepared. Cut the ingredients into small pieces or pick them up and dress.
  5. Fry the marinated steaks in oil until golden brown, turning several times. In contrast to meat, turning it several times will not dry you out.
  6. Arrange the steaks with the salad and serve.
