Ingredients
For the dough:
- 200 g flour
- 40 g suar
- 75 g marzipan paste
- 120 g butter
- 1 egg yolk
For the glaze:
- 100 g powdered suar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Sugar sprinkles or sugar pearls / chocolate sprinkles

- Knead the dough ingredients into a smooth dough and refrigerate the dough for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Roll out the dough and cut out moons. Bake for 10 - 13 minutes at 160 ° C. Then let the moons cool down completely.
- Mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice and cover the moons with the icing. Decorate each with a sugar pearl.
