Mashed Potatoes: 6 Types

Mashed potatoes? What could be more boring, you say? I offer you a choice of six types of this dish. With cheese, baked vegetables, sun-dried tomatoes, green peas, cod caviar and garlic.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 1 Kilogram
  • Cream – 100 Milliliters
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon
  • Tomato – 2 Pieces
  • Red sweet pepper – 1 Piece
  • Garlic – 2 Pieces
  • Shallots – 3 Pieces
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Rosemary – 1 Teaspoon (dried)
  • Cod Caviar – 100 Grams
  • Dill – 1 Bunch
  • Cheese – 100 Grams
  • Green peas – 5 Art. spoons (canned)
  • Sun-dried tomatoes – 15 Pieces
  • Ground black pepper – To taste
  • Dried paprika – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Wash the potatoes, peel, cover with salted water, bring to a boil. Boil over low heat for 30 minutes. Drain the broth, crush with a potato grinder, pour in the cream, mix. Prepare the required supplement foods. Wash vegetables, peel. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Drain the marinade from the green peas.
  2. Peel the seeds, cut into thin slices. Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the pulp, cut into wedges. Onions – in rings. Disassemble the garlic heads into cloves. Spread vegetables on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and pepper to taste. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C until soft for 25-30 minutes.
  3. Peel the baked garlic from the tough part, chop until puree. Add to mashed potatoes, stir.
  4. Place the mashed potatoes in a pastry bag and place on a plate, serve with fresh herbs.
