Servings: 6
Ingredients
Minced beef – 800 g (I took 400 g of beef + 400 g of pork)
Onions (medium) – 1 pc.
Garlic – 2-3 cloves
White bread – 2 slices (50 g)
Egg – 1-2 pcs.
Allspice peas – 3 teaspoon
Cream (can be replaced with sour cream) – 150 g
Breadcrumbs – 50 g
Mustard (ready-made) – 1-2 tablespoons
Cheese (grated) – 50-80 g
Vegetable oil (for lubricating the mold) – 1 tablespoon.
Greens (can be frozen) – 50 g
Directions
Add onion (finely diced), garlic (squeeze through a press), white bread (soak in cold water and squeeze) into the minced meat. Mix.
Then add half of the finely chopped herbs, an egg, allspice peas, mix.
A baking dish (I took an oval one, 21×30 cm, you can any) grease with vegetable oil and put the finished mass into it, giving the shape of a roll.
Add the breadcrumbs, mustard, grated cheese, and the remaining chopped herbs to the cream. Mix.
Lubricate the roll evenly with the resulting creamy cheese mixture.
Bake the meatloaf in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Then increase the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
