  • 600 grams flour
  • 2 sachets yeast (dry yeast)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 350 ml water, warm
  • parsley
  • chives
  • thyme
  • basil
  • marjoram
  • Savory

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and yeast, add salt and sugar, add water and any herbs and knead a dough. Let rise for 10 minutes.
  2. Knead again and then shape into dough balls. Place on the baking sheet and let rise for another 20 minutes.
  3. Whisk the egg yolks with a little water, brush the rolls with it.
  4. 40 minutes at 200 degrees (preheat the oven !!), middle rail.
