Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • some salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ kl. Glass capers in brine

Instructions

  1. Stir the butter until soft and creamy and season with salt and pepper. Drain the capers well and set aside two or three pieces. Weigh the remaining capers very finely and add them to the butter (can be prepared very well in a blender).
  2. Serve the butter in a bowl, garnish with the remaining capers.
  3. The caper butter tastes very good on grilled fish.
