Ingredients

  • 4 piece (s) fish (skate wings, approx. 200 g each)
  • 6 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Poach the skate wings for 10-15 minutes in water to which a few drops of vinegar have been added. Drain the fish. Keep warm in the oven over low heat. Melt the butter until it turns brown. Add the capers and vinegar. Seasoning, 30 sec. Let it boil strongly, then pour over the fish.
  2. Serve with small new potatoes so that the delicious butter can be soaked up.
