- 2 leeks
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 1 can corn kernels, drained
- 1 small Glass celery salad
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 5 small egg (s)
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon curry powder

- Cut the leek into fine rings and rinse well under running water. Briefly blanch in boiling water. Let it drain off, if necessary squeeze it out.
- In the meantime, bring the eggs to a boil and boil hard. Cut the ham into small pieces. Drain the corn and celery well and mix everything in a bowl. Now add the 2-3 tablespoon mayonnaise, salt, pepper and curry powder.
- Finally, quench and peel the finished eggs. Then cut into small pieces, fold into the salad and serve.
- The eggs don`t have to be, the salad tastes very good even without them. The salad can also be prepared a day in advance.
