Milk Garlic Sauce

Surely during the preparation of certain dishes, you thought about how to enhance their taste. A great option is garlic milk sauce at home.

Ingredients

  • Garlic – 4 Cloves
  • Hard cheese – 200 Grams
  • Cream – 130 Grams
  • Salt and Pepper – To taste

Directions

  • There are countless sauces for meat, salads and poultry. The presented classic recipe for milk-garlic sauce will perfectly enhance the taste of almost any dish, especially meat and salads.
  • Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater, then place it in a bowl with high sides. For this sauce, you should choose cream of no more than 35% fat.
  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly and add salt, pepper and seasonings to taste. Heat the sauce in a water bath until the cheese dissolves. Next, remove from heat and add the squeezed garlic to the mass (squeezed out, since it will let the juice through the garlic).
  • Place the prepared sauce in a special bowl and serve. It can be added to salads and used for any meat dishes.
