Minced Meat for Classic Cutlets

Ingredients

  • Pork, pulp – 150 Grams
  • Beef, pulp – 200 Grams
  • Parsley, twig – 1 Piece
  • Dill, twig – 1 Piece
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Onions – 0.25 Pieces
  • White Bread – 1 Slice
  • Garlic – 3 Cloves
  • Milk – 0.5 cups
  • Salt – To taste
  • Ground black pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Mince the beef and pork.
  2. Then add onion, garlic and herbs.
  3. Soak bread slices in milk for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Then pass the bread also through a meat grinder.
  5. Add egg, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Mix the mixture thoroughly. Everything is ready!
