Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 500 g spaetzle
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon fondor
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, white and black
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot pink
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, mild
  • 1 packet tomato (s), happened
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil, virgin
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup, (curry spice ketchup)
  • 0.5 ½ cup sweet cream
  • 400 ml water
  • possibly red wine
  • 1 cube gravy, instant

Instructions

  1. First let the oil get hot in a sufficiently large pan and sauté the chopped onion until translucent. To do this, add the peeled garlic (so don`t cut it into small pieces or press it through this time, as this is only supposed to give off the taste - it is taken out again before eating).
  2. Then add the minced meat and brown it with the various spices. Now remove the peeled garlic clove.
  3. In the meantime, cook the spaetzle.
  4. Now add the tomatoes and the ketchups and also add the water and the roast cubes. If you have homemade gravy, you can also use it. Tastes just as good, if not better.
  5. Boil everything down until creamy and serve with the spaetzle - it tastes really great.
  6. The sauce is rounded off with a little cream and if you like a shot of red wine - that`s it.
