  • 250 g rice
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 500 g tomato puree
  • 300 g corn
  • oregano
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. First let the rice boil in a saucepan. Meanwhile, fry the minced meat in a pan in hot oil. Then add the peppers and onion to the pan. At the same time, heat the tomatoes and the corn in a saucepan. Finally, add the minced meat to the tomato sauce in the saucepan and stir. Then serve on a plate with the rice.
  2. It can be seasoned as you like, but I can recommend oregano and chili seasoning.
