Mini Pizzas with Bacon and Onions

Mini pizzas with bacon and onions can be prepared on a weekend for family and friends, or you can take with you to a picnic. The pizza dough is yeast dough, and for the filling, use smoked bacon, onions, cheese and sour cream and egg sauce. The juicy filling will certainly please everyone.

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • Wheat flour – 500 g (3⅓ cups, 250 ml)
  • Water – 250 ml
  • Dry yeast – 2 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp + for working with dough

For filling:

  • Smoked bacon – 100 g
  • Bulb onions – 1/2 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 60-70 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sour cream – 100 g
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Fresh parsley – 2 sprigs

Directions

  1. Prepare foods from the list.
    Heat the water to about 40 degrees (not higher!).
  2. Make a dough. Pour dry yeast into warm water.
  3. Add sugar.
  4. Add a couple tablespoons of flour.
  5. Stir so that there are no lumps. Leave the brew for 15 minutes.
  6. The dough has become airy – you can knead the dough.
  7. Add any remaining flour and salt. Stir.
  8. Pour in vegetable oil and knead a dough that does not stick to your hands. Do not add flour any more, grease your hands with vegetable oil if necessary.
    Cover the container with the dough with a towel and leave for 40-50 minutes to rise.
  9. Meanwhile, stir in the sour cream and egg and add black pepper to taste.
  10. Shake the sauce with a whisk.
  11. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
    Cut the bacon into strips.
  12. The dough has “grown”, you can bake pizza.
  13. Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
    Divide the dough into 4-5 balls, roll each into a small pizza with sides. The dia of the pizza I got was about 8-9 cm.
  14. Pour the sauce over the pizza bases, excluding the sides.
  15. Add onion and bacon.
  16. Bake mini pizzas with bacon and onions in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
  17. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Sprinkle grated cheese over the filling and return the pizzas to the oven for another 2-3 minutes.
  18. Mini pizzas with bacon and onions are ready.
  19. Rinse parsley, dry and chop finely. Sprinkle herbs on the mini pizzas and serve.
