Instructions

Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Mix the water in the well with the yeast. Add the olive oil and if you want, you can also add some pressed garlic. Add sugar and salt and work in more and more flour from the middle until a smooth dough is formed. Let rest.
Dice the peppers, cut the mushrooms, olives, and cocktail tomatoes into leaves.
After the dough has risen, beat it up and divide it into small balls. Use a rolling pin to roll these out into small, round cakes. Place the mini pizzas on the baking sheet and top with the diced tomatoes, salami, bell pepper, olives, cocktail tomatoes and cheese as desired. Season with oregano.
Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 200 ° C.
The pizzas can be individually modified depending on your taste, e.g. also very tasty with bacon and diced onions!
