Hot Sandwiches (Mini Pizzas)

The recipe for hot sandwiches is very simple. Make delicious mini pizzas with sausage, cheese, and tomatoes – you won’t regret it.
Ingredients
- Baton – 6-8 slices
- Sausage (boiled and smoked) – 150 g
- Tomato – 1 pc.
- Cheese – 100 g
- Fresh dill – 1 bunch
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
Directions
- Finely chop the tomato.
- Finely chop two types of sausage – boiled and smoked.
- Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
- Finely chop the herbs.
- Combine the chopped products, add mayonnaise.
- Mix the filling for the sandwiches thoroughly.
- Cut the loaf into slices.
- We spread the filling (1-2 tablespoons each) on the slices of bread. We put mini-pizzas made of bread with sausage, tomatoes, and cheese in a preheated oven for 6-7 minutes.
