Mini Pizzas “For Lovers”

A real find for romantics – quick mini pizzas in the shape of hearts. They may well complement “coffee in bed”. The base cake is made from ready-made yeast dough, and a simple filling is made from sausage and cheese. Preparing such pizzas for lovers will not be difficult, and the time is very short, it is quite possible for the morning.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

Yeast dough (ready-made) – 250 g
Cooked-smoked sausage – 100 g
Hard cheese – 100 g
Tomato sauce or ketchup – 2 tbsp
Wheat flour – for working with dough

Directions

Lightly dust the table with flour and roll out the dough into a layer 5 mm thick.
If you do not have a heart-shaped confectionery cut (mold), it can be easily made from cardboard, thick paper, or parchment: we simply cut out a heart-shaped stencil about 15 cm wide.
Cut out heart-shaped blanks from the dough (we did this using a stencil).
Cut the sausage into thin slices.
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer the dough “heart” bases onto it.
Lubricate pizza bases with tomato sauce or ketchup.
Place sausage slices on top.
Sprinkle with grated cheese. We send mini-pizzas to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 10-15 minutes.
Let the finished pizzas cool slightly and serve with tea or coffee.
