Ingredients
- 15 triplets (mini potatoes)
- 2 thick carrot (s)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot pink
- 1 teaspoon sea salt from the mill

- Turn on the oven to 180 degrees circulating air.
- Clean the small potatoes and rub dry. Quarter the unpeeled potatoes lengthways and place in a deep bowl. Peel the carrots and cut them into 2 - 3 parts. Quarter these pieces and add to the potatoes. Add the oil, paprika and salt and stir everything through well.
- Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
