+33 … Scorching, viscous, sticky heat … Not like cooking – I don’t want to go into the kitchen again. Maybe five minutes. This is exactly how long it will take to prepare a wonderful summer drink: cold, refreshing, and invariably uplifting mint milk. 🙂
Ingredients
Milk – 0.5 l
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Fresh mint – 1-2 sprigs
Directions
Pour the milk into a saucepan, rinse the mint and rub lightly with your fingers so that the leaves give off a scent. Put in a saucepan with milk and put milk with mint on the fire.
Bring the milk to a boil, add sugar, and boil, stirring occasionally, for a minute or two. Remove the milk from the mint from the heat and leave to cool for 20-30 minutes. We remove the foam, discard the mint. We filter the milk and send it to cool in the refrigerator.
That’s all, a deliciously refreshing mint “cocktail” is ready. 🙂 Since the milk is boiled in the process and can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time, you can cook more mint milk several times.
