Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 0.25 ¼ cup water, hot
- 1 tablespoon, leveled paprika powder, noble sweet
- 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon, leveled sugar
- 2 tablespoon horseradish, freshly grated

- Beat the mayonnaise with the ketchup and the hot water with the whisk until frothy. Then gradually add the paprika powder, the sour cream, the vinegar, the sugar and the horseradish.
- The sauce should be light and fluffy and should be used immediately if possible. If it is placed in a cool place, it must be stirred vigorously with the whisk before serving.
