Ingredients
- 150 g mayonnaise
- 100 g natural yourt
- 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 3 tablespoon milk
- salt and pepper
- 4 drops Tabasco
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 0.25 ¼ bell pepper (s), green
- 0.25 ¼ bell pepper (s), red
- 3 gherkins
- 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley

- Mix the mayonnaise, yoghurt and tomato ketchup with the milk until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, Tabasco and lemon juice. Finely dice the paprika, gherkins and the egg and add. Finely chop the parsley and add. Let it steep for 30 minutes and season again to taste.
