- 2 cups cream
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3 medium onion (s)
- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 bottle sauce (Thousand Island Sauce)
- 1 glass cranberries
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- dill
- salt

- Thaw the chicken breast fillets. Dab, place in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Peel the onions and cut into rings, clean the mushrooms and cut them into leaves. Fry both vigorously in a heated pan, allow to cool slightly and pour over the chicken breast fillets.
- Mix the cream and sour cream together. Season to taste with dill, salt, pepper and paprika powder and also pour over the chicken breast fillets. Now pour the Thousand Island Sauce over the casserole and distribute the cranberries in blobs on top. Cover the casserole with aluminum foil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 1 hour. Remove the aluminum foil after about 30 minutes.
- Almost everything tastes good as a side dish, such as rice, croquettes or baguettes.
- Tips: I usually only use 1/2 glass of lingonberries so that the casserole isn`t quite as sweet.
- For 12 people you can replace the chicken breast fillet with 3 kg turkey escalope. Then take 3 cups of cream, 4 cups of sour cream and 2 bottles of sauce.
