Ingredients

  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 yellow pepper (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 can tuna
  • 0.5 ½ iceberg lettuce
  • 1 bottle dressing (cocktail sauce)
  • 2 tablespoon brandy
  • 1 bunch chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into thin strips. Wash the peppers, cut in half, clean and also cut into strips. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into eighths. Drain the tuna and chop it into large pieces.
  2. Roughly chop the iceberg lettuce, wash and spin dry. Arrange on plates in a nest. Spread the tuna pieces, onion strips and paprika strips on top.
  3. Mix the cocktail sauce with the brandy and spread over the salad. Wash the chives and cut into rolls. Spread tomato eight on the lettuce and serve sprinkled with the chives.
