Mulberry Cupcake

A simple recipe for a delicious biscuit dough cake with mulberry.

Ingredients

  • Flour – 1 glass
  • Sugar – 1 glass
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Mulberry (mulberry)
  • Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Beat eggs with a mixer.
  2. Add sugar and beat for 3 minutes, until white.
  3. Stir in flour gradually.
  4. Grease the form with odorless vegetable oil. Pour a little dough on the bottom of the mold, then a layer of berries.
  5. Layer all the dough and mulberries in layers. The final layer is biscuit dough.
  6. Send the mulberry cake from the biscuit dough to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes. After 15 minutes (30 minutes before cooking), reduce the temperature to 150 degrees. Leave the finished cake in the turned off oven for another 15 minutes to cool.
  7. Remove the mulberry muffin from the mold.
