  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 glass corn on the cob
  • 75 g blue cheese
  • tomato
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Cut the fresh mushrooms into strips and fry them in a pan with a little oil. Cut the corn and tomatoes into pieces and add. Season with a little salt.
  2. Now cut the blue cheese into pieces and spread over the vegetables. Mix everything well and at the end season to taste with pepper and oregano.
  3. A tasty and healthy pan.
