Ingredients

  • 6 mushrooms (giants)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 g blue cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms, unscrew the stems and finely chop them. Mix the sour cream with the cheese and the chopped stalks, season with salt and pepper. Pour this mixture back into the mushroom caps and cook on the charcoal grill.
  2. Grilling time: approx. 15 min.
  3. Super tasty as a starter or with beer.
