Ingredients

  • 100 g nettles
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 50 g sunflower seeds, roasted
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper

  1. Wash nettles with hot water and roast sunflower seeds in a non-oiled pan until they are fragrant.
  2. Chop all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.
