Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 100 g nuts, rated (hazelnuts)
  • 150 g oat flakes, fine or coarse
  • 50 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients one after the other. Form small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press flat. Please keep enough distance, as the cookies still run a little apart and need the space so as not to clash,
  2. Use in the middle of the oven at 210 degrees C, approx. 10-13 minutes, 5 minutes without electricity.
  3. Important: The biscuits are soft to the touch when you push them out of the oven. Don`t let that put you off, they will harden as they cool down.
