Oatmeal, Cottage Cheese and Tomato Pie Casserole

Unusual casserole of oatmeal, kefir, cottage cheese, and olive oil, with cherry tomatoes. Very tasty, satisfying, and aromatic curd-oatmeal casserole-pie!

Ingredients

  • Fat-free cottage cheese – 450 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Kefir – 100 ml
  • Oatmeal – 1 cup (200 ml)
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoon. dough spoons + for filling and greasing the mold
  • Cherry tomatoes – 10-12 pcs.
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Dried garlic – 1 teaspoon
  • Dried basil – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Beat eggs with salt. Add kefir, cottage cheese, baking powder. Mix.
  2. Then add olive oil, oatmeal, and dried garlic. Stir again.
  3. Grease a baking dish with oil, put the curd-oatmeal dough into it.
  4. Lay the tomatoes on top, cut them in half.
  5. Sprinkle with basil, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Put in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. Bake the curd casserole with oatmeal and tomatoes for 40 minutes.
