Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ajvar
  • 200 g cream cheese or yohurt (also liht if required)

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic clove and then squeeze it. Wash the parsley and cut very finely.
  2. Mash the sheep`s cheese and cream cheese and stir together until smooth. Then add ajvar, garlic and parsley. Stir everything until smooth and refrigerate until ready to eat.
  3. Baguette goes best with it.
  4. Tip: Also tastes good as a dip with raw vegetables.
