I prepared the omelette in the omelette master for the microwave. To do this, whisk 3 eggs with a tablespoon of water, cayenne pepper, turmeric and salt in the mold, place the tomato slices in the liquid egg and put the whole thing in the microwave for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cover the wraps with a slice of cheese (so that the length is covered) and fresh basil leaves. When the omelette is ready, cut once lengthways, place half on each of the wraps and roll up.
Tomato salad tastes good with it. Also great as a snack for work.
