Ingredients

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 14 tablespoon oil
  • 160 ml water
  • g 1,000 veetable onion (s)
  • 30 slices Kasseler
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 40 g butter, or mararine
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 0.5 ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 150 g Gouda cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with a pinch of salt and the baking powder in a bowl. Now slowly knead the water and oil with the dough hook of the hand mixer underneath.
  2. Spread the dough evenly on a greased tray and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees top / bottom heat, or 180 degrees hot air.
  3. Thinly slice the onions and halve. Then sauté with butter or margarine. Spread the smoked pork and onions on the pre-baked base.
  4. Beat the eggs with the mixer until frothy, then fold in the sour cream, creme fraîche and grated Gouda cheese. Spread the mixture over the onions and the smoked pork and bake at 200 degrees top / bottom heat or 180 degrees hot air until golden brown.
