- 2 kiwi (s) (peeled, cut into half slices)
- 1 pineapple (peeled, cut into pieces)
- 2 orange (s), (peeled and filleted
- Lemon balm, (for decorating)
- 0.25 liter ¼ orange juice, (freshly squeezed)
- 50 grams sugar
- 60 g crème fraîche

- Mix the fruit together and pour into dessert bowls.
- For the sauce, reduce the juice with the sugar in a syrupy manner and, after cooling, mix with the créme fraích, pour over the fruit salad and decorate with the lemon balm.
