- 4 bell pepper (s)
- 200 g feta cheese
- 3 leek stick (s)
- 1 packet cocktail tomatoes
- 1 packet herb quark
- 3 tablespoon olive oil

- For the filling, put one tomato aside for each pepper and cut into thin slices.
- Crush the feta cheese in a bowl with a fork and fold in the quark. Wash and chop the spring onions and the remaining tomatoes. Add the 3 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well until a homogeneous paste is formed
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Put the pepper halves in a baking dish and divide the paste evenly in it. Place the tomato slices that were set aside on the filled pepper halves.
- Bake everything in the hot oven for about 25 - 30 minutes until the peppers have reached the desired degree of browning.
- Tip: You can also grill the pods, a great accompaniment to meat.
