Oven Shark Steak

The blue shark is not such a delicacy, as it is more and more often found on supermarket shelves, and this fish is not too expensive. I recommend cooking the shark steak in the oven. The meat of this fish is very tasty, tender, and contains a lot of protein.

Ingredients

  • Blue shark (steaks) – 900 g
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Seasoning – 1 teaspoon
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Bread crumbs – 2 tbsp

How to cook shark steak in the oven:

Directions

  1. Use a knife to remove the skin from the shark. Cut the fish into small pieces. Place the shark in a bowl and salt. Add seasoning.
  2. Add a little mayonnaise there. Pour in 2 tbsp of soy sauce. Stir and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Drive an egg into a bowl and beat with a fork or whisk. Dip each piece of fish in a beaten egg first.
  4. Then roll in breadcrumbs.
  5. Put the fish on a baking sheet and send the shark steak to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40 minutes. The shark steak is ready in the oven.
