Ingredients

  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 600 ml cream
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 100 g chocolate flakes
  • 80 ml lemon juice
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet lemon peel
  • 2 packs instant gelatine

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and chill. Mix the sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest with the buttermilk. Stir in the instant gelatine according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Fold the cream together with the chocolate flakes into the buttermilk mixture.
  3. Pour the cream into dessert glasses and chill for about 4 hours.
