Ingredients

  • 225 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 50 g suar, possibly mixed with cinnamon
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 20 g butter, melt
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 apple
  • 50 g chocolate flakes, dark
  • Fat, for frying
  • Chocolate sauce, hot, or maple syrup, for serving

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Stir in the sugar. Press a hollow in the middle. Pour in the egg and butter. Gradually stir in the milk until a smooth dough is formed.
  2. Peel, core and roughly grate the apple and mix into the batter with the chocolate flakes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease it. For each pancake, add 2 tablespoons of batter to the pan and shape into a circle. Bake the pancakes for a few minutes until bubbles form on the surface. Turn and bake for another minute. You should have about 12 pancakes.
  4. Serve with hot chocolate sauce or maple syrup.
