Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers, yellow and green
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 300 g meat, e.. leftovers or sausae leftovers
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock
  • Salt and pepper chilli
  • Paprika powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Dice the onions and garlic and sauté in the pan with a little fat until translucent. Cut the peppers into cubes or strips. Also put in the pan. Season to taste with the spices and vegetable broth.
  2. Cut the leftover meat / sausage into approx. 1 cm cubes and, when the peppers soften, add to the pan. Stir well and fry until the leftovers are hot, they`re done already. Season again with spices, possibly with a little chilli.
  3. You can now also make a sauce from the gravy.
  4. We also have a spaghetti and basil salad.
