Pasta Casserole with Turkey and Cheese

by Editorial Staff

Today we are preparing a hearty, beautiful, and simple dish – a pasta casserole with turkey. Pre-boil the pasta, and then put it in a mold with the turkey. Pour everything with an egg-cream mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese and wait for the dish to reach in the oven. In such a filling, the turkey is very tender and juicy, and the pasta is impregnated with a pleasant creamy taste.

Cook: 50 minutes

Ingredients

  • Pasta – 100 g
  • Turkey fillet – 200 g
  • Hard cheese – 70 g
  • Egg – 2 pcs.
  • Cream, 33% fat – 150 g
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Pour 1.5 liters of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add salt (1 teaspoon) and add pasta. After boiling again, cook the pasta until “al dente” for 7-10 minutes (or according to the instructions on the package). We put the finished pasta in a colander and let the water drain.
  2. While the pasta is being prepared, we prepare the rest of the products. We wash the turkey fillet, dry it, and cut it into pieces with a size of 2-3 cm. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. We turn on the oven, let it heat up to 180 degrees. Put the poultry meat on the bottom of the baking dish. I have a form measuring 15×20 cm and a height of 6 cm.
  4. Then put the finished pasta on the turkey meat. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  5. Add cream and salt to them, mix thoroughly. Pour pasta with meat with an egg-cream mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the pasta with grated cheese. We send the form with pasta and turkey into an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes, until tender. You can cover the dish with foil if you don’t want the top of the casserole to be too baked.
  7. Our turkey cheese roasted pasta casserole is ready. You can serve in the form in which the dish was baked.

Enjoy your meal!
