Pasta, Cheese and Chicken Liver Casserole

Pasta casseroles are simple and delicious. I recommend the quick pasta casserole with chicken liver and cheese. Such a dish is prepared very easily and quickly.

Servings: 8


  • Pasta of any shape and size – 450-500 g
  • Chicken liver – 300-400 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Flour – 1 tbsp
  • Milk – 0.5 cups
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Breadcrumbs – 2 tbsp
  • Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch


  1. Turn on the oven. Rinse and dry the chicken liver.
  2. Finely chop the chicken liver. Peel, wash, and cut the onion into cubes.
  3. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Fry the liver and onions in a frying pan in vegetable oil, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Then add flour to the pan, mix well.
  4. Then pour 0.5 cups of milk into the pan, add salt and pepper. Grate hard cheese.
  5. Boil the pasta and put it in a colander to glass the water. Put a layer of pasta in a greased baking dish, place the fried liver and onions on them.
  6. In a deep bowl, combine eggs and grated hard cheese. Mix. Place the egg and cheese mixture over the liver.
  7. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the casserole and cover with grated butter.
  8. Place the dish in the oven on the middle shelf. Bake the pasta casserole in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes, until browned.
  9. Garnish the pasta casserole with green onions or herbs. The pasta, cheese, and chicken liver casserole are ready. Serve warm.
