  • 500 g wheat flour, type 1050, sieved
  • 3 large egg (s)
  • 70 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour into a bowl, add the eggs and 2/3 of the water. Knead everything into a smooth dough, it should no longer stick, knead in a little more water or flour if necessary. Let the dough rest for about half an hour.
  2. Now process into pasta with the rolling pin or the pasta machine and cook as usual. Cooking time 5-8 minutes.
  3. As flavor ingredients are: Herbs fresh or dried and possibly spices.
