Ingredients
- 200 g pasta, (loops, croissants, etc.)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 2 apples, aromatic
- 2 pickled cucumber (s)
- 2 spring onion (s)
- 250 g salami or cervelat sausae
- 100 g cheese (Edam)
- 8 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 8 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 teaspoon mustard, hotter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions, rinse and drain well. Cut the peppers and apples in cubes, onions in rings and cucumber, sausage and cheese in strips. Mix the ingredients with the pasta in a bowl. Mix the mayonnaise with the yoghurt, mustard and lemon juice and mix loosely with the salad ingredients. Let it steep for at least an hour.
