Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta
  • 500 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, pressed
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil, chopped
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • Sambal Oelek
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente.
  2. Halve tomatoes. Melt the butter with the sugar in a pan. Spread the tomatoes in the pan with the cut surface facing down and fry over medium heat (do not stir). Season with salt, pepper and sambal oelek. Briefly stir in the garlic and basil. Take the pan off the stove. Mix in the pasta.
  3. Crumbled sheep`s cheese tastes very good with it.
