Pasta With Shrimps in a Creamy Garlic Sauce

Add an Italian touch to your dinner with shrimp pasta in a creamy garlic sauce. The dish is easy to prepare, and the result is beyond praise. Juicy shrimp, spaghetti, and a rich sauce with a delicate creamy taste and a delicate garlic aroma.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti – 150 g
  • Shrimp (unpeeled) – 300 g
  • Parmesan cheese (or any hard cheese) – 30-40 g
  • Cream 20% fat – 180 ml
  • Dry white wine – 30 ml
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Onions – 40 g (0.5 pcs.)
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Ground paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley – 3-4 sprigs

Directions

  1. We prepare all products. Instead of Parmesan, you can take any hard cheese.
  2. We wash and clean the shrimp.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and half the paprika. Mix everything well and leave for 10 minutes.
  4. We put a pot of water (1-1.5 l) on heating.
  5. Melt half the butter in a frying pan and put the shrimps. Fry for 2 minutes on each side.
  6. At this time, peel the onion, wash it and cut it into small cubes.
  7. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press.
  8. Put the fried shrimp on a plate.
  9. Put the remaining butter and onion in the pan in which the shrimps were cooked. Fry the onions for 2-3 minutes.
  10. Salt boiling water. We spread the spaghetti and cook according to the instructions on the package. I boiled for 8 minutes after boiling. Then put the spaghetti in a colander.
  11. Add garlic to the onion in the pan and fry for a minute.
  12. Pour in the wine and cook for another 2 minutes.
  13. Pour the cream into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  14. Rub the Parmesan on a fine grater.
  15. Add half of the grated Parmesan to the pan.
  16. Salt, pepper, add the remaining paprika. Mix thoroughly and heat the contents of the pan without boiling for 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat.
  17. We spread spaghetti and shrimps to the sauce.
  18. Rinse the parsley, shake and chop.
  19. Put the shrimp paste on plates, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, chopped parsley, and black pepper.
